Friends, Babies, Etc.
Hmm, we're slipping a little on the upkeep around here, huh? Well, we've been busy, visiting with friends and meeting new ones. Please forgive us.
First, we must welcome Hayden's newest little pal, who we'll get to meet later today. Baby Dylan was born in the wee hours of yesterday morning to our good friends Lisa and Matthew. Welcome to the world, little one!
Speaking of babies...they are everywhere these days. Last week we got to meet little Addison, my cousin Kelly's darling girl, as well as baby Cassie, cousin John's youngest daughter. Then there was a lovely Sunday hike with baby Benjamin and his parents, who were down from Ontario visiting some friends of ours...who are themselves due to have a babe in just a couple of months. Got it straight? And then yesterday Hayden and I went to the park with Kristen and Rowan...and spent a little time with baby Ayden, as well (cute cute girl!).

Cousin Addison. What a sweetie! Kelly and I weren't sure if she and Hayden are second cousins, or once-removed...but to play it safe, we decided they shouldn't get married.
The fertility crowd. Fall of 2007: this childless gang went on a canoe trip in Ontario together (without me, just like in the picture). Now: Two new paddlers...and one more on the way.
Hayden says, "Hey, I recognize that sweater! And that hat!" Kristen says, "Short sleeves. Damn, I love February in Lander."
Oh yes indeed. Babyville, USA. Be warned before you visit Lander. You might want to bring your own water.

I think I got a little sun in those short-sleeves! We had a great time hanging out at the park. (oh, and Rowan says if they share grandparents, they're second cousins. Otherwise they're once removed.)
I think Addyson is Stefani's first cousin once removed and of course Hayden is Kelley's first cousin once removed. Addyson and Hayden are second cousins. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. That was a fun blog once again.
